The LTA carried out a
player ratings re-assessment on Monday 25th June. This included the results for
all tournaments which ended between 1st April and 10th June 2012. All new player ratings were
loaded onto our system at around 4:30pm Monday 25th June and all matchplay events taking place from Saturday 30th
June WILL take the new ratings into account. Players are however asked
to check their rating by logging on to our website. If your rating changes on
appeal, then we are NOT automatically advised. Website users may advise us of a
change of rating by accessing their "LTA Registration Details" tab
within their online profile and clicking on the link next to your rating which
says "Click here if this is incorrect". We shall then verify this via
the LTA website Player Search facility. Please note that any change of rating
will NOT have
any effect on events where the selections have already been made. The results of all matches
between 1st April and 31st August 2012* will count towards the NEXT
end-of-season ratings assessment, due to be carried out by the LTA on Monday 17th
September 2012. *Results from LTA County
Closed competitions finishing on 1st or 2nd September
will also be included in the calculations. Tennis
