Tennis UK will be processing applications for a one-day grass court "touchtennis" event taking place on Sunday 11th July at Home Park LTC in Windsor, Berkshire.

Organised by touchtennis founder, Rashid Ahmad, this one-day competition is a non-LTA sanctioned event intended for adult players of all standards. touchtennis is a variation of the standard game of tennis, played on a smaller court with soft balls.touchtennis does not necessarily favour the power hitters who are commonplace in the standard game of lawn tennis and places a greater emphasis on strategy and touch (hence the name touchtennis). Outmanoeuvring your opponent is far more effective than trying to out hit them!
