The LTA carried out a player ratings re-assessment in the late afternoon afterneoon on Monday 21st September. This included the results for all tournaments which ended between 30th March and 30th August 2009.

All new player ratings will be loaded onto our system by 11:00pm on Tuesday 22nd September. Please note that the matchplay events from Saturday 26th September WILL take the new ratings into account. However, whilst the upload process is taking place (this takes more than 24 hours), player ratings will NOT be shown on the website entry lists for matchplay events.

Players are however asked to check their rating by logging on to our website, after this time. If your rating changes on appeal, then we are NOT automatically advised. Website users may advise us of a change of rating by accessing their "LTA Registration Details" tab within their online profile and clicking on the link next to your rating which says "Click here if this is incorrect". We shall then verify this via the LTA website Player Search facility. Please do not however do this before 11:00pm on Tuesday 22nd September.

The results of all matches between 31st August 2009 and 13th December 2009 will count towards the NEXT ratings assessment, due to be carried out by the LTA on 4th January 2010.
