 - EVERY WEEKEND

One-day indoor and outdoor events taking place at Hatfield (Herts), Sutton (Surrey), Eton College (Berks), Limpsfield LTC (Surrey/Sussex) and the LTA National Tennis Centre in Roehampton. Programme published to the end of May 2011.

All events take place at the weekends in the afternoons and evenings. Matchplay events are run in several age groups and provide an excellent means of match practice for both adults and juniors against opponents of similar standard. Results are submitted to the LTA for ratings purposes and the programme has now been established more than 8 years.

Matchplay events are very popular in the spring, especially in the weeks leading up to the LTA's end of season ratings assessment - the next one covering all results played up to 31st March 2011. An early application is therefore recommended. Please remember that you may cancel any application without charge up to the published cancellation deadlines (4:00pm on the Tuesday prior to each event). Players and parents are reminded that applying for multiple events on the SAME DAY (within the Tennis UK matchplays.com programme) IS permitted – our system ensures that no player can be selected for more than one matchplay event/venue per day. Players submitting multiple applications stand a far greater chance of selection.

Please visit www.tennisuk.net now to make an online application for any of these competitions. DO remember that unlike many tournaments which use the LTA's online entry system, we do not charge you when you make an application for an event. We only bill players once they are ACCEPTED for a competition.

Cancellations are also permitted without charge (up to stipulated deadlines)  for ALL of our competitions.

We have also published a provisional schedule of tournaments taking place from May to August 2011 which include a number of competitions new to the TSUK calendar. Full details of these will be published over the forthcoming weeks, although you can preview the complete list by clicking here.

We look forward to receiving your applications to these tournaments and wish you every success with your tennis in 2011.

If you need any further information then please do not hesitate to contact us by email or telephone.
