The TennisUK matchplays programme has now been running for over 10 years and is the largest multi-venue competition of its type in the country. We are carrying out a review of the programme and would like participating players/parents to complete our online survey to help us better plan for the future. 

The survey consists of 10 questions and includes a prize draw where one player will win a credit of £50.00 which can be used to pay entry fees to any TSUK competition.

TSUK Matchplays Survey May 2013 - Prize Draw Entry Conditions

 (1)                This competition is open to all survey respondents who provide their name, British Tennis Membership number and email address when completing the survey. By providing these details you agree to these conditions.

(2)                Your British Tennis Membership must be valid at the time you respond to the survey.

(3)                Any player who responds to the survey more than once will not be eligible for inclusion in the prize draw.

(4)                We shall not be responsible if a player/parent cannot complete the survey due to website/technical problems, internet connection difficulties or any other issues regardless of the reason.

(5)                Only responses received by 23:59 on Friday 24^th May 2013 will be considered for the prize draw.

(6)                The prize draw will take place at Sutton Tennis Academy, Rose Hill, Sutton, Surrey SM1 3HH on Saturday 25^th May 2013 at 12:00 noon.

(7)                The winner will receive a credit of £50.00 on their TennisUK account no later than Friday 31^st May 2013 and will be notified by email.

(8)                The winner’s name will be published on our website and to our Facebook/Twitter pages.

(9)                The credit may be used as payment (or part payment) for any events or tournaments entered taking place up to 31^st December 2013. Any unused credit will be lost after this date.

(10)             There is no cash alternative and the credit is not transferrable to another player account.

(11)             The decision of Tennis Services UK Limited on all matters relating to this competition is final and we shall not enter into any correspondence regarding the competition.
